Dispute Procedures

 

Purpose:         To provide a member with a second level review in the event the ETCTMN person responsible for approving Volunteer Request and/or Advanced Training Request declines or conditions the request of a member to receive credit for a Volunteer or Advanced Training opportunity.

 

Process:          Provide a copy of the original request for Volunteer or Advanced Training Credit and complete the appropriate sections below.  Attach an additional sheet if necessary.  Submit all documents to the ETCTMN Secretary within 30 days of receiving notification of decline. Your request will be reviewed by the Chapter Board of Directors  and you will receive a response to your request for re-evaluation within 30 days of submission.
